Our clinic is pram, breastfeeding and baby friendly. You are welcome to bring your baby or children along for treatment. We have a mat and toys to keep baby busy, but please feel free to bring along some toys, digital or food bribery to keep them busy so you can relax and enjoy your treatment!

Initial appointments are 1 hour duration and standard follow-up appointments are 45 minutes duration. We also offer extended and short follow-up appointments by prior arrangement. You will be advised at the time of booking as to the duration and cost of your appointment. For more information on appointment costs, please see our FAQ's below.
Your physiotherapist will try their hardest to arrive on time for your appointment, but delays may sometimes be unavoidable due to Sydney traffic. We will contact you if we are running more than 10 minutes late.
Your physiotherapist will bring all that is needed for your treatment. All we require is a small space (2m x 2m) to set up the treatment bed and preferably some privacy so that you can relax completely. If you have children, we recommend that you have someone look after them for the duration of your appointment so that you can get the most benefit from your treatment. However if this is not possible, we recommend that you try to schedule your appointment during sleep times, or prepare some activities or snacks to keep the children occupied so that you can relax fully.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No - you do not require a referral from your doctor to receive physiotherapy or to receive a health fund rebate. However, if you have a treating doctor we are happy to keep them informed about your progress and liaise with them as necessary.
What areas do you service for home visits?
We service Sydney's Inner West and some parts of Sydney's North West, Inner Western and South Western suburbs. Please see our current list of suburbs serviced here.
How do I pay for my visit?
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard). We have a mobile EFTPOS machine available for home visits.
Can I claim a health fund rebates?
We are approved by most private health funds and rebates may be applicable depending on your level of cover, please check with your private health fund for more information. We do not currently have HICAPS, but if eligible you will be able to claim a rebate with your receipt.
Can I claim a Medicare rebate?
Physiotherapy sessions are not generally able to be claimed back on Medicare. However patients with a chronic medical condition being managed by their GP (under a GP Management Plan or "EPC") may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for up to 5 physiotherapy appointments per year. In this case, you will need to pay the full fee upfront at the time of your appointment and then we will process your rebate from Medicare electronically (currently the rebate is $54.60 and it should take 1-2 business days to show up in your nominated Medicare bank account).

What are the fees for home visits?
Home visits are an additional $30.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to advise us. We charge a cancellation fee of $50.00 if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or the full appointment cost if you fail to attend your appointment/are not present when we arrive for your appointment.
